Tips:

• good setup is when price down below the lower band, and RSI also at very low position.
• After price bounce back and go down below lower band again, but RSI next low point is higher than the previous one.
• So this is a divergence. 
• 2019 sept 24 is a long hint. It has divergence, rsi oversold, price below bollinger bands lower band.

• Here there are three times when price go down below lower band, the price and RSI have divergence as well.
• Each time is a good buy hint.

We can look for a very low RSI point, and then make it as a base, look for the next time when price goes down fast to pierce the lower band and at the same time RSI have a divergence with the price.
